Can I enrol during the middle of the term? |
| Yes, you just pay per lesson for the no of weeks that are left in the term. When you fill out the enrolment form the website works out the number of weeks left in the term and puts your childs name in the group you have chosen and emails you an invoice automatically. Nice and easy. |
What happens if it rains? |
| All venues have undercover facilities in case of rain, so lessons are always on regardless of weather conditions. |
What must my child wear? |
| Trainers, closed shoes and a t-shirt are great. Don't go to any expense of buying any soccer boots, because by the time our kids reach 21 we will have spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on them so my view is don't start now. |
My child is 3.5 and I am wondering if you take enrolments prior to children turning 4? |
| We cannot really discriminate on age because sometimes kids are quite good at that age. You could give it a try. I am a parent and I understand that kids can be unpredictable. So I understand that you don't want to enrol for the whole term and pay then they decide they don't like it and want to stop. I don't want you do lose your money. You can have a trial lesson, by enroling. Let us know if your child does not want to continue just send us an email and ignore the invoice. |
I have 2 children, can I have a family discount? |
| Unfortunately there is no family discount for two reasons. Firstly because there is a limited number of children per group and secondly I would have to pass the discount onto the coaches wages, and they would not like that I'm sure you can appreciate it. |
How many pupils do you have in the group? |
| We have 7 per group in a 30 minute lesson, and in certain circumstances we may have more but would attempt to move them to other groups as soon as we can. |
Will my child get burnt in the sun? |
| Most lessons are played and taught undercover and/or indoors, but sometimes we have no option but to play outdoors, in this case your child needs to be prepared by bringing water, a hat, and sunscreen. |
What happens if our coach is sick? |
| Your coach will either always be there or arrange to have a qualified representative be present at the lesson times. I as a parent myself, would not like my child to be left alone, so we are aware of not letting this happen to your child. |
